Soccer Recap: Solon Takes a Loss

Solon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Brecksville-Broadview Heights Bees, falling 5-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Solon of the 2-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Solon's loss dropped their record down to 10-4. As for Brecksville-Broadview Heights, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-1-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Solon will welcome Wadsworth at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Brecksville-Broadview Heights, they will look to defend their home pitch on Saturday against St. Ignatius at 3:00 p.m.
