Soccer Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Wood River

Wood River kept a clean sheet against Burley on Wednesday. They blew past the Bobcats 4-0. Wood River might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by four goals or more this season.

They hit Burley with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Jackson Wallace (2), Reidar Slotten, and Piero Cerron.

The win keeps Wood River at an undefeated 3-0-2. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those three games. As for Burley, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1-1.
