Washougal had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Ridgefield Spudders, sneaking past 14-12. The 14-point effort marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

The critical scores for Washougal came from Deondrae Goodell and Royce Jones.

Most of the squad's points came courtesy of special teams, who contributed eight in total. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Goodell, who ran a kickoff back for a touchdown.

Washougal's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Ridgefield, they now have a losing record of 2-3.
