Baseball Recap: Monroe Catholic Has No Trouble Against Hutchison

Monroe Catholic's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 26-9 margin over the Hutchison Hawks. The Rams might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by ten runs or more this season.

Monroe Catholic got a massive performance out of Brian Bast, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. Bast is also on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last six games he's played dating back to last season. Isaiah Snow was another key player, going 4-for-5 with three runs, four RBI, and one double.
