Soccer Recap: Rockwell Christian School Takes a Loss

Rockwell Christian School lost against Tabernacle Christian back in August and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. While the 2-2 score might suggest a draw, it was the Rams who were credited with the victory. The Tabernacle Christian Rams got it done in the shootout by posting four goals to the Rockwell Christian School Chargers' three.

Rockwell Christian School's defeat ended a four-match streak of away wins and brought them to 8-6. As for Tabernacle Christian, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Rockwell Christian School will take on New Manna Christian at 4:00 p.m. on the 13th. Rockwell Christian School will be up against New Manna Christian's rather soft defense (which has allowed 4.83 goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Tabernacle Christian, they will take on Matthews Christian Academy in a tournament on Tuesday.
