Volleyball Recap: East Hardy Cougars vs. Martinsburg Bulldogs

It was a good run, but East Hardy unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of the Martinsburg Bulldogs by a score of 2-1. The Cougars have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

East Hardy started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 25-22, 15-9.

East Hardy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Union on the 28th. Martinsburg does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
