Woodlake put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Lindsay Cardinals by a score of 22-14. The Tigers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Cardinals, too.

Aldo Rodriguez threw for 180 yards and one touchdown. Jose Rodriguez was his top target, picking up 70 receiving yards. On the ground, Aidan Perez rushed for 37 yards.

Woodlake's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Lindsay, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Woodlake will face off against Corcoran at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers will be up against the Panthers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 27.75 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Lindsay, they will venture away from home to face off against Orosi at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
