Volleyball Recap: Antonian Prep's Win on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Antonian Prep waltzed into their match on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Southwest Raiders by a score of 2-0.

Antonian Prep's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Camilla Serna led the charge by getting 20 assists and seven digs. Serna is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 14 or more in each of the last seven games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Anais Ibarra, who had 11 assists and seven digs.

Antonian Prep's win bumped their record up to 27-12. As for Southwest, their defeat dropped their record down to 20-10-1.

Antonian Prep didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Concordia Lutheran on the 26th. As for Southwest, they will square off against Western Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
