Volleyball Recap: Lincoln Comes Up Short

Lincoln was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Indianola Indians. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Lynx of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2022.

Jasmine Shields paced Lincoln's offense, picking up four kills. Shields got some help from Kamryn Hamilton and her eight assists.

Lincoln's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Indianola, their victory bumped their record up to 6-10.

Lincoln wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Bishop Heelan Catholic on the 13th. As for Indianola, they will venture away from home to square off against Carlisle on Saturday.
