Soccer Game Preview: Arlington Heights vs. Cleburne

We've got a battle between Yellowjackets coming up. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a three-game winning streak alive.

Last Tuesday, Arlington Heights beat Trimble Tech 3-1. Given the Yellowjackets' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 164th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 433rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Cleburne kept a clean sheet against Seguin on Friday. They came out on top against the Cougars by a score of 2-0.

Arlington Heights' win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-2-2. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those six matchups. As for Cleburne, their victory bumped their record up to 12-5-2.

Arlington Heights skirted past Cleburne 2-1 when the teams last played back in March of 2015. Does Arlington Heights have another victory up their sleeve, or will Cleburne turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
