Strasburg had won five straight home games dating back to last season and Cade Hemphill did his part to make it six on Friday. The Indians blew past the Bennett Tigers, posting a 58-12 win for which the team can thank Hemphill, who rushed for 237 yards and three TDs while picking up 13.9 yards per carry, and also caught one touchdown. His longest rush was for an incredible 71 yards.

Strasburg's victory bumped their record up to 9-0. As for Bennett, they are on a 16-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.

Coming up, Strasburg will host Basalt at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Indians will need to watch out since the Longhorns have now posted at least 31 points in their last three contests. Bennett does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
