Easton Fruit Game Report: vs Indian Creek

Earlville came out on top against Indian Creek on Tuesday thanks in part to Easton Fruit's efforts. Fruit made a splash, striking out nine batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits. It looks like he has Indian Creek's number considering he had a big game the last time he faced them on Monday. Fruit has become a key player for Earlville: the team is 2-1 when he allows at most three earned runs, but 3-8 otherwise.
