Westminster entered their tilt with Riverdale Ridge on Thursday with 11 consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with 12. They blew past the Ravens 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

While Westminster won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 27-25, 25-14.

Kiara Deleon-Rodriguez paced Westminster's offense, picking up 11 kills. Deleon-Rodriguez got some help from Jarely Sanchez-Castillo and her 31 assists. Deleon-Rodriguez was also a major player on defense: she and Roselyn Ruiz shared the team lead in blocks, finishing with three each.

Westminster's victory bumped their record up to 19-2. As for Riverdale Ridge, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-12.
