            Basketball Recap: Dade Christian Warriors vs. Divine Savior Academy Sharks        
        
		
        
        
            If Dade Christian was riding high  fresh off their  63-42 takedown of Carol City last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Dade Christian Warriors fell  68-57 to the Divine Savior Academy Sharks on Wednesday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the  58-42 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture  back in January of 2024.

 Despite the loss, Dade Christian still got an impressive performance from   Kosta Raicevic, who  dropped  a double-double on 13 points and 15  boards. Raicevic is  on a roll when it comes to  rebounds, as he's  now  pulled down eight or more in the last seven games he's  played.  Clorvens Celine was another key player,  putting up six  points in addition to eight  boards and three  steals.
 Divine Savior Academy got their  victory on the backs of several key players, but it was  David Watson out in front who  went 9 of 14  en route to 22 points along with seven  rebounds and six  steals. The dominant performance gave  Watson a new career-high in  steals. The team also got some help courtesy of  Joost West, who  went 9 for 15  on his way to 20  points and seven  boards.
Dade Christian has  traveled a rocky road recently having  lost three of their last four contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 14-6 record  this season. As for Divine Savior Academy, the  win was  the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-4.
 Dade Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  game,  a  76-56  victory against Coral Park on the 27th. Divine Savior Academy has also  already played their next matchup,  a  76-53  win against Miami Christian on the 27th.
