Volleyball Recap: Liberty Charter Takes a Loss

Liberty Charter lost against High Tech CV on Friday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Liberty Charter Lions fell 2-0 to the High Tech CV Bruins. The Lions' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it nine in a row.

High Tech CV can attribute much of their success to Bryson Diestro, who had five digs and four aces. That's the most digs Diestro has posted over his last eight contests.

Liberty Charter's defeat dropped their record down to 2-12. As for High Tech CV, they moved to 7-4 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Looking ahead, Liberty Charter will face off against Orange Glen at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Liberty Charter is facing Orange Glen at the right time seeing as Orange Glen is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for High Tech CV, they will challenge Monarch at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
