Soccer Recap: Millington Central Find Success

Millington Central's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over Memphis Home Education Association. This was payback for Millington Central, who suffered a 2-1 loss the last time these two teams met.

They hit Memphis Home Education Association with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Layla Batts, Tamia Duckworth, and Alexis Williamson.

Millington Central's victory bumped their record up to 4-8-2. As for Memphis Home Education Association, with the defeat, they broke their five-match winning streak and moved their record to 9-3-1.

As of now, neither Millington Central nor Memphis Home Education Association have any future games scheduled.
