Penn Treaty was the 68-28 winner over Philadelphia Academy Charter when they last played one another back in December of 2018, but their luck changed this time around. The Penn Treaty Wovles fell just short of the Philadelphia Academy Charter Chargers by a score of 53-50 on Tuesday.
