Football Game Recap: Desert Christian vs. Mojave

Desert Christian came into their this week averaging 36 points per game, but Desert Christian fell well short of that average, and it cost them. They were completely outmatched, falling 3-61 to Mojave. If Desert Christian were expecting to get some payback for the 8-67 defeat against Mojave the last time they met, then they were left disappointed.

The loss dropped Desert Christian back to even at 3-3. The win bumped Mojave's record up to 5-0.

Next week Desert Christian take on Milken at Desert Christian at 7:00 PM. Both of these teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games. Mojave will have some time to rest before their next match, which is against Lone Pine in two weeks at 7:00 PM. Mojave will be strutting in after a victory while Lone Pine will be stumbling in from a loss.
