Evangelical Christian's win bumped their record up to 6-11. As for First Assembly Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 0-8.

Everything went Evangelical Christian's way against First Assembly Christian when the teams last played back in March, as Evangelical Christian made off with a 17-2 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
