White Deer was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 21-8 to the Highland Park Hornets. One positive for the Bucks, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Maddox Bowers made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole Four bases. while going 1-for-2. The team also got some help courtesy of Izaya Chavez, who scored a run and stole Two bases. while going 1-for-2.

White Deer's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Highland Park, their win bumped their record up to 5-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. White Deer will head out to challenge Sanford-Fritch at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Highland Park, they will take on Booker at 4:30 p.m. on March 21st.
