Buckeye Trail won the last time they faced Fort Frye and things went their way on Thursday too. The Warriors walked away with a 3-1 win over the Cadets. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Warriors.

Buckeye Trail had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 25-27, 26-24, 25-19, 25-23.

Buckeye Trail's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Fort Frye, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Buckeye Trail and Fort Frye will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Warriors are set to face off against their familiar foe Conotton Valley at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Fort Frye will square off against rival Marietta at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
