Ada won the last time they faced Cory-Rawson, and Jaylin St. Laurent did her part to make sure it happened again. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Fighting Hornets by a score of 2-0 on Saturday with plenty of help from St. Laurent, who had seven aces and five digs. She has been hot, having posted two or more aces the last five times she's played.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Ada was: they took both sets by at least 12 points. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-8.

Ada's record now sits at 7-1. As for Cory-Rawson, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Ada wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Jefferson on the 6th. As for Cory-Rawson, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Hardin Northern on the 9th.
