Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Fowler). They breezed past the Vestaburg Wolverines to the tune of 80-26 on Wednesday. Winning may never get old, but the Eagles sure are getting used to it with their ninth in a row.

Fowler's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 21-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 23.8 points on average over those games. As for Vestaburg, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 9-14.

Looking ahead, Fowler will be taking part in a tournament against Breckenridge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Fowler's defense has only allowed 29.7 points per game this season, so Breckenridge's offense will have their work cut out for them. Vestaburg does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
