Volleyball Recap: Seckman Comes Up Short

Seckman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Kirkwood Pioneers.

Seckman was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-23, 25-18.

Seckman's loss dropped their record down to 6-18. As for Kirkwood, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 9-4.

Seckman wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Northwest on the 1st. As for Kirkwood, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-2 win against Eureka on the 30th.
