Richland's game two weeks ago was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They blew past the Marion Center Stingers 3-0. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 1-0 victory back in September.

While Richland won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-23, 25-15.

Addison Hirsch paced Richland's offense, picking up 15 kills. Hirsch got some help from Brooklyn Roberts and her 20 assists. Hirsch also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Abby Wyant, each putting up two.

Richland is on a roll lately: they've won 20 of their last 23 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 30-4-2 record this season. As for Marion Center, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 10-10.

Looking ahead, Richland will face off against Forest Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Marion Center does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
