Baseball Recap: Lincoln County Comes Up Short

Lincoln County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 24-12 to the Pahranagat Valley Panthers. The Lynx were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Panthers earlier this season, when they won 22-11.

Lincoln County's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Pahranagat Valley, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lincoln County will host Liberty Baptist Academy at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. Pahranagat Valley will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on White Pine at 4:00 p.m. on March 18th. Pahranagat Valley is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 11.8 runs per game this season.
