Basketball Recap: St. Louis Park Takes a Loss

St. Louis Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 75-48 to the New Prague Trojans, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. While losing is never fun, the Orioles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 235th, while the Trojans are ranked 47th).

St. Louis Park's loss dropped their record down to 4-19. As for New Prague, their victory bumped their record up to 16-7.

St. Louis Park has already played their next contest, a 60-39 defeat against Tartan on the 15th. As for New Prague, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 61-54 win against Owatonna on the 15th.
