Baseball Recap: Grulla Comes Up Short

Grulla lost against Weslaco East back in February of 2018, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Grulla Gators fell 6-1 to the Weslaco East Wildcats.

Grulla's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Weslaco East, their record now sits at 2-0.

Grulla will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Lyford at 6:00 p.m. on March 3rd. As for Weslaco East, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, an 11-0 win against Pace on the 25th.
