The Northside Rams will face off against the Sipsey Valley Bears at 1:30 p.m. on Monday. Northside is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 8 goals per game this season.

Northside's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Holy Spirit Catholic as Northside made off with a 4-0 victory. Lynn Otero was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for Sipsey Valley's offense. They came up short against Shelby County last Thursday, falling 11-0. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Northside's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 3-0. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three matches. As for Sipsey Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Northside took their victory against Sipsey Valley in their previous meeting last Tuesday by a conclusive 17-0. Does Northside have another victory up their sleeve, or will Sipsey Valley turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
