Meadowbrook Academy had won three straight on the road, but on Thursday they bumped up to 3-2 to make it four. They took down the Aucilla Christian Warriors 62-45. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Mustangs also won the last time the pair played back in January.

As for Aucilla Christian, they now have a losing record of 2-3. They have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Aucilla Christian's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ben Faglie, who shot 56% from the field en route to 12 points and eight rebounds. Faglie is crushing it when it comes to boards: he's pulled down at least eight every time he's taken the court this season. Collin Campbell was another key player, putting up seven points along with six rebounds and three steals.

Meadowbrook Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 56-46 defeat against Temple Christian Academy on the 5th. As for Aucilla Christian, they have also already played their next game, a 69-59 loss against Altha on the 5th.
