Jefferson has gone a perfect 3-0 against Monroe Area recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. Jefferson will venture away from home to face off against Monroe Area at 5:30 p.m. Jefferson is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last five games.

Jefferson's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They won by a goal and slipped past Oconee County 1-0. Give Jefferson's defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

Meanwhile, Monroe Area got their first taste of in-conference action on Friday and they started things off strong. They were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over West Hall. Considering Monroe Area have won four contests by more than three goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Jefferson pushed their record up to 9-2 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those six matchups. As for Monroe Area, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-7 record this season.
