Soccer Game Preview: Dan River vs. Patrick County + How To Watch

The Dan River Wildcats will take on the Patrick County Cougars at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Dan River's offense. They fell just short of Appomattox County by a score of 1-0 on Wednesday. Dan River have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Patrick County). They never let James River get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory on Tuesday. The high-scoring effort was just what Patrick County needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

Patrick County's win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 2-7. As for Dan River, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-4-1.

Everything went Dan River's way against Patrick County in their previous matchup back in March, as Dan River made off with a 4-1 victory. Do the Wildcats have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Cougars turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
