Baseball Recap: Rising Sun Extends Home Winning Streak to Six

There's no place like home for Rising Sun, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They walked away with a 5-1 win over the North Harford Hawks on Wednesday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Rising Sun pushed their record up to 5-1 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.5 runs on average this season. As for North Harford, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-2.
