Volleyball Game Preview: Cumberland Pirates vs. Oakland/Kansas/Shiloh Titans

Cumberland is 1-9 against Oakland/Kansas/Shiloh since October of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Pirates will be playing at home against the Titans at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Monday, Cumberland came up short against Teutopolis and fell 2-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Oakland/Kansas/Shiloh didn't have quite enough to beat Sullivan on Thursday and fell 2-1. The Titans haven't had much luck with the Redskins recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Oakland/Kansas/Shiloh started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The final score came out to 19-25, 25-18, 25-20.

Oakland/Kansas/Shiloh's loss dropped their record down to 10-16. As for Cumberland, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-17-1.
