Meanwhile, Ascent Classical Academy Northern Colorado put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against Twin Peaks Classical Academy by a score of 42-30.

Nederland better keep an eye on Dancia Candelaria. She was instrumental in Ascent Classical Academy Northern Colorado's win, going 11 of 24 en route to 19 points along with five boards and three steals. The matchup was Candelaria's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Sophia Hayden, who posted nine points.
