Basketball Recap: Lincoln Takes a Loss

Lincoln suffered their biggest defeat since January 26th on Friday. They came up short against the Sylacauga Aggies, falling 63-37. The Golden Bears haven't had much luck with the Aggies recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.

Lincoln's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Sylacauga, their win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-3.

Lincoln wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 61-15 victory against Munford on the 9th. As for Sylacauga, they will host Benjamin Russell at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Benjamin Russell is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 53.8 points per game this season.
