Soccer Recap: Utica Ford Takes a Loss

Utica Ford managed to slip by Sterling Heights Stevenson the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Falcons lost 4-1 to the Titans on Monday. Utica Ford were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Sterling Heights Stevenson earlier this season, when they won 4-3.

Utica Ford's loss dropped their record down to 4-7-1. As for Sterling Heights Stevenson, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-4-1 record this season.

Utica Ford will square off against Cousino at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Sterling Heights Stevenson, they will head out on the road to square off against Fraser at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Sterling Heights Stevenson will be up against Fraser's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.5 goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
