Soccer Recap: Ripley Comes Up Short

Ripley lost against Itawamba Agricultural back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Ripley Tigers might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Itawamba Agricultural Indians an easy 10-0 victory. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Ripley's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Itawamba Agricultural, the win got them back to even at 7-7-1.

Ripley will be home for the holidays to greet Tishomingo County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Itawamba Agricultural and New Albany will compete for holiday cheer at 5:00 a.m. on Thursday.
