Soccer Recap: Loris Comes Up Short

Loris was the 5-1 winner over Marlboro County when they last played one another back in March, but their luck changed this time around. The Lions fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. Loris have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Giselle Munoz and Elida Aguilar scored both of Loris' goals, bringing their combined season tally to ten goals.

Loris' loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Marlboro County, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-5.

Loris didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 4-1 victory against Green Sea Floyds on the 14th. As for Marlboro County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 3-1 win against Scotland on the 15th.
