Football Recap: Cheboygan Takes a Loss + How To Watch

The Cheboygan Chiefs came up short against the Charlevoix Rayders on Friday and fell 19-6.

Nolan Schley threw for 163 yards on 14 of 26 attempts. Landon Gahn was his top target, picking up 57 receiving yards.

Cheboygan dropped their record down to 1-1 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Charlevoix, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Cheboygan and Charlevoix will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Chiefs are set to face off against their familiar foe Boyne City at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Charlevoix will take on rival Tawas Area at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
