Baseball Recap: Stearns Comes Up Short

Stearns fell victim to Lee Academy and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They came up short against the Pandas, falling 10-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Minutemen have suffered against the Pandas since May 2, 2022.

Emerson Michaud made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases and one double. He has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last six times he's played.

Stearns has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-7 record this season. As for Lee Academy, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-4.
