Baseball Recap: Waukesha North Snags Sixth Win in Last Eight Games

After losing to Watertown the last time they met, Waukesha North decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Northstars came out on top in a nail-biter against the Goslings on Saturday, sneaking past 6-4.

Waukesha North is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.4 runs over those games. As for Watertown, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 13-8 record.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Waukesha North will host Brookfield East at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Watertown, they will square off against Milton at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
