Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Chelan). Everything went their way against the Omak Pioneers on Friday as they made off with a 21-7 victory. The Mountain Goats haven't had any issues with the Pioneers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Chelan pushed their record up to 8-8 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.3 runs over those games. As for Omak, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-10.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Chelan beat the Pioneers by a score of 13-3 later that day.
