Volleyball Game Preview: Madison Academy Mustangs vs. St. John Paul II Falcons

Madison Academy has gone 9-1 against St. John Paul II recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Mustangs will face off against the Falcons at 5:30 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Tuesday, Madison Academy earned a 2-0 victory over Grissom. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mustangs.

Madison Academy easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-18.

St. John Paul II never let East Lawrence on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-17.

Madison Academy's record is now 23-11. As for St. John Paul II, their record now sits at 18-11.
