Soccer Recap: Lansing Comes Up Short

Lansing was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Shawnee Heights Thunderbirds, falling 5-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Lansing of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

Lansing's loss dropped their record down to 2-9-1. As for Shawnee Heights, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-4-1 record this season.

Lansing will square off against Bishop Miege at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Shawnee Heights, they will face off against Cair Paravel at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
