Having just played yesterday, the Skagway Panthers will jump right back in to play the Nunamiut Amaguq at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Skagway is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They came out on top against Buckland by a score of 53-40. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

Meanwhile, Nunamiut narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Emmonak 85-82.

Nunamiut is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 77.6 points over those games. Skagway's win bumped their record up to 18-6.
