Volleyball Recap: Clearbrook-Gonvick Comes Up Short

Clearbrook-Gonvick was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Grygla-Gatzke Eagles. The Bears were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Clearbrook-Gonvick's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Grygla-Gatzke, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

Clearbrook-Gonvick didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Pine River-Backus on the 18th. Grygla-Gatzke has also already played their next contest (against Warroad), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
