Baseball Recap: Pleasant Valley's Luck Changes for the Better on Wednesday

Pleasant Valley had lost four games straight , but after bumping their record up to 4-10 on Wednesday that streak is in the rearview. They came out on top against the East Stroudsburg North Timberwolves by a score of 7-3. This was a revenge game for the Bears: when they faced off against the Timberwolves back in March, they had to take a 4-2 defeat.

Sam Smale spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered three runs (all of which were unearned) on five hits.
