            Baseball Recap: Cedar Cliff Colts vs. Dallastown Wildcats        
        
		
        
        
            Cedar Cliff was the  11-3 winner over Dallastown when they last played one another  back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Colts fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of  2-1 on Friday. The Colts have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
 Kaiden Alday was a  force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he  tossed six innings while giving up just one earned run off   two  hits.
 On the hitting side, Cedar Cliff saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Blake Secrest, who  scored a  run while going 1-for-3.
Cedar Cliff's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Dallastown,  the  win made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 4-4.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cedar Cliff will challenge Mifflin County at 4:15  p.m.  on Monday. The Huskies will roll in looking for their  fourth straight  victory, something the Colts surely won't give up without a fight. As for Dallastown, they will square off against Cumberland Valley at 4:15  p.m.  on Tuesday.
