Softball Recap: Edison Tech Comes Up Short

Saturday just wasn't the day for Edison Tech's offense. They came up short against the Penfield Patriots on Saturday, falling 12-0. Having soared to a lofty 25 runs in the game before, the Inventors' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Edison Tech's loss dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Penfield, the win (which was their 14th in a row) raised their record to 18-2.

Edison Tech does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Penfield, they will challenge Webster Thomas at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
